Tunnel dryer:

• The extruded clay is then carefully transported to our tunnel dryer, a pivotal phase in the manufacturing process. Here, the bricks undergo a controlled drying process, eliminating excess moisture and preparing them for the subsequent stages of production. This meticulous drying process is key to preventing deformities and ensuring the structural integrity of the bricks.

Hybrid Hoffman Kiln:

• Our commitment to efficiency and sustainability is evident in our use of a Hybrid Hoffman Kiln. This technology combines the benefits of a traditional Hoffman Kiln with modern advancements, allowing for optimal firing conditions. The kiln ensures even heating, resulting in bricks with consistent color, strength, and durability.

• After firing the bricks in the hybrid Hoffman kiln, the waste heat is not released into the atmosphere but instead redirected to the tunnel dryer. This innovative approach greatly reduces pollution levels, offering a more sustainable solution compared to conventional practices. By utilizing the excess heat generated during the firing process, the emissions released into the air are significantly minimized.

• Finally the product is ready after cooling the product is delivered to the customer delivery location
